Un proiettile partito dalla pistola del sig. Ciontoli ha colpito Marco che se immediatamente soccorso si sarebbe salvato come dimostrano i risultati della autopsia. Troppo tempo si è perso quella tragica sera, tempo prezioso che i componenti della famiglia Ciontoli hanno trascorso per fare cosa? per ripulire? per nascondere? per progettare un piano da condividere tutti e cinque, perché tanti erano gli adulti presenti in quella casa mentre il giovane Marco implorava aiuto e chiedeva di sua madre. Cosa hanno fatto il sig. Ciontoli, sua moglie, la fidanzata di Marco, Martina, il fratello di lei con la propria compagna, possibile siano rimasti a guardare lasciando morire sotto i loro occhi un giovane che dicevano di amare?

Lo más indignante del asunto es que, además, el ataque se ha producido con tu dinero, con fondos públicos. Sólo en premios el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona se ha gastado 140.000 euros a lo que habría que sumar el resto de gastos que conlleva organizar un acto de estas características.
El Código Penal lo deja muy claro. El artículo 525 dice que “incurrirán en la pena de multa de ocho a doce meses los que, para ofender los sentimientos religiosos de los miembros de una confesión religiosa, hagan públicamente, de palabra, por escrito o mediante cualquier tipo de documento, escarnio de sus dogmas, creencias, ritos o ceremonias, o vejen, también públicamente, a quienes los profesan o practican”.

Un proiettile partito dalla pistola del sig. Ciontoli ha colpito Marco che se immediatamente soccorso si sarebbe salvato come dimostrano i risultati della autopsia. Troppo tempo si è perso quella tragica sera, tempo prezioso che i componenti della famiglia Ciontoli hanno trascorso per fare cosa? per ripulire? per nascondere? per progettare un piano da condividere tutti e cinque, perché tanti erano gli adulti presenti in quella casa mentre il giovane Marco implorava aiuto e chiedeva di sua madre. Cosa hanno fatto il sig. Ciontoli, sua moglie, la fidanzata di Marco, Martina, il fratello di lei con la propria compagna, possibile siano rimasti a guardare lasciando morire sotto i loro occhi un giovane che dicevano di amare?

Lo más indignante del asunto es que, además, el ataque se ha producido con tu dinero, con fondos públicos. Sólo en premios el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona se ha gastado 140.000 euros a lo que habría que sumar el resto de gastos que conlleva organizar un acto de estas características.
El Código Penal lo deja muy claro. El artículo 525 dice que “incurrirán en la pena de multa de ocho a doce meses los que, para ofender los sentimientos religiosos de los miembros de una confesión religiosa, hagan públicamente, de palabra, por escrito o mediante cualquier tipo de documento, escarnio de sus dogmas, creencias, ritos o ceremonias, o vejen, también públicamente, a quienes los profesan o practican”.
