Il Tar boccia la vigile attesa con paracetamolo "I medici siano liberi di curare come vogliono"
Addio alla vigile attesa. Quella formula asettica per definire di fatto l'assenza di cure domiciliari per chi è bloccato in casa dal Covid, che finora si è dovuto accontentare del paracetamolo e dell'inazione. Il Tar del Lazio ha accolto il ricorso presentato dal comitato Cura Domiciliare Covid-19, a firma del presidente Erich Grimaldi e dell'avvocato Valentina Piraino, contro le linee guida ministeriali del 26 aprile 2021, per il trattamento domiciliare dei malati Covid. «Il governo, andando a vincolare i medici - dice Grimaldi - ha di fatto privato i cittadini delle cure domiciliari precoci, paralizzando la sanità territoriale, e portato al collasso il sistema ospedaliero, con tutte le drammatiche conseguenze che migliaia di famiglie conoscono purtroppo molto bene». «Le scelte terapeutiche - aggiunge la portavoce del movimento Valentina Rigano - sono da sempre un dovere e un diritto dei medici, eppure chi ha curato a casa è stato ingiustamente bistrattato e accusato più volte di agire in malafede. Invece di ascoltare e recepire le costanti richieste di collaborazione che abbiamo più volte proposto al ministero, per trovare una soluzione comune all'emergenza, chi ha preso decisioni ha ignorato le capacità e l'esperienza di migliaia di medici. Questa decisione cristallizza una volta per tutte quale sia il ruolo del medico di medicina generale, ovvero agire e non lasciare i malati Covid ad attendere l'evolversi della malattia».

La decisione del tribunale amministrativo rappresenta il secondo schiaffo in poche ore al ministro della Salute Roberto Speranza, dopo la perizia del microbiologo Andrea Crisanti, consulente della procura di Bergamo nell'inchiesta sulla gestione della primissima fase della pandemia, secondo cui la mancata zona rossa ad Alzato e Nembro è costata molti morti evitabili. «Il Tar del Lazio - constata in un post su Facebook il presidente di Fratelli d'Italia, Giorgia Meloni - accoglie il ricorso del Comitato per le Cure domiciliari e boccia le famigerate linee guida del ministero della Salute su tachipirina e vigile attesa. Dopo due anni di fallimenti conclamati la sentenza del Tar del Lazio mette una pietra tombale sull'operato del Ministro Speranza, che ha la grande responsabilità di non aver mai voluto ascoltare le numerosissime esperienze cliniche portate dai medici di base. È chiaro che Speranza non può rimanere un minuto di più, Mario Draghi e le forze di maggioranza prendano atto del fallimento».
Nel frattempo l'Organizzazione mondiale della sanità ha raccomandato due nuovi farmaci, Baricitinib e Sotrovimab, per il trattamento del Covid.
Baricitinib è un farmaco usato da tempo per il trattamento dell'artrite reumatoide.
In Italia è approvato per la cura delle polmoniti da coronavirus dallo scorso settembre.
L'anticorpo monoclonale Sotrovimab viene invece indicato per il trattamento di Covid lieve o moderato in pazienti ad alto rischio di ricovero, ad esempio anziani, immunocompromessi, con condizioni di base come diabete, ipertensione e obesità, e non vaccinati.
