Nessuna norma, di fatto, legittima l’imposizione della carriera alias all’interno degli istituti scolastici (tantomeno l’asterisco, contro il quale si è espressa anche l’Accademia della Crusca);

Tale provvedimento rappresenta una forzatura che lede il patto di corresponsabilità educativo tra gli istituti scolastici e le famiglie, sancito nel d.P.R. 235/2007;

L'iniziativa è in contrasto con la Direttiva del Ministro per la Funzione pubblica dell’8 maggio 2002 “sulla semplificazione del linguaggio dei testi amministrativi” che esorta la Pubblica Amministrazione a evitare, nella redazione di qualsiasi atto, «effimeri fenomeni di moda».

Ideologico perché la fluidità di genere è un concetto fortemente discutibile, antiscientifico e per nulla condiviso (come ha ben dimostrato la discussione sul DDL Zan).

Pericoloso perché la carriera alias introduce non pochi rischi per quanto riguarda il condizionamento del processo fisiologico evolutivo di un bambino o adolescente.

L'introduzione della carriera alias sulla base del principio di “fluidità del genere” e di “inclusività” può generare un disastro educativo nei confronti di tutto il corpo scolastico, inducendo i ragazzi e bambini più fragili ad aumentare un'incertezza identitaria.
